Returns and refunds

All of our products are handmade and built to order. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, which means natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the process and are not considered defects. These subtle differences are what make each product unique.

Because our products are custom and made to order, all sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect measurements provided, or minor variations from product photos.

If you need to cancel an order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before production has started. Once materials are cut or construction begins, the order cannot be canceled.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damage. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate next steps on a case-by-case basis.
